Why Wave Pools
Growing up in Baltimore, Maryland -- three hours from the nearest wave -- didn't provide opportunity to progress in surfing. Obsessed with the idea of perfect artificial waves always on-demand, I got my chance to experience surfing Disney's Typhoon Lagoon wave pool and was forever hooked.
